Booking Requirements

AGE REQUIREMENTS:

YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT A PERSONAL WATERCRAFT IN FLORIDA
16 OR OLDER IF ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN.
No minimum age for passengers
No-Refund

FLORIDA RENTAL EXAM:

For anyone born after January 1st, 1988:
- Per State Law, In order to rent a jet ski in the State of Florida, you must complete the https://safetyboater.com?af=af66d8de509385b The cost of the exam is $10 and consists of 20-25 questions. The cost and exam are controlled by the State and has no affiliation with Nitro JetSki.  Only the driver needs the exam. A Passenger does not need the exam.
You are also required to watch our safety jet ski video
Guests should have no physical or mental conditions that would preclude him/her from participating in Nitro activities. Do not participate in Nitro activities against medical advice.
On weekends are hour rides only
Combined weight limit to ride can not exceed 415 lbs .
If the customer choose to splash another customer the ride time will end immediately

When booking please call to confirm because taxes and fees are not included when booking online. The fees included are the gas surcharge fee which is $10 for every 30min, and a $250 refundable deposit that you will receive back. Long as there is no damage to the watercraft, and you stay within our watercraft zone of operation.
A 10% Gratuity will be taken out of your refundable deposit at the end of your ride for your guided instructor
We have a NO Refund policy! To receive a credit for rescheduling, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to receive credit If it is not within the 24hour mark you will not receive credit.
